What evidence should I keep?
Your portfolio could contain evidence of all formal and informal learning that you have been involved in. Informal learning opportunities occur during the working day as opposed to formal learning such as attending a course at college or a learning programme in the workplace.

Traditionally evidence will be in the form of paper documents but the CPDcare memory stick allows you to collect:

electronic copies of text documents eg. Word or pdf files

images such as scanned documents or photographs

taken with a mobile phone or digital camera sound files from a voice recorder

video files from a mobile or video camera.

This means that evidence items could be easily added eg: the scanned details of workshops you attended.
